Hi everyone, my name is Mick and I am a coach at Ufind. I’ll be serving the international/ expat market here in The Netherlands and I’ll focusing on track 1, 2 and outplacement.

Having said that, I myself have lived abroad for a while and so I am quite familiar with a cultural shock as well as a reversed cultural shock. I am here to help you navigate any cultural challenges you may be facing. But perhaps most importantly, as we are moving in this new phase of your life, this new chapter, I want to work together with you to explore what the light is that’s inside of you and how we can assure that you are going to shine that light into your next phase.

I am an active listener, a big empath and very openminded. I am also very knowledgeable when it comes to mental health and nourishing overall well-being. I’d like to empower you to lead your life with empathy, commitment and daring greatly all in all while being mild and loving to yourself.
