Hello! My name is Francien. As a reintegration coach, I help people advance in their careers. I achieve this by talking with them and identifying where they are spending too much energy and where they could direct more energy. Completing this circle gives me energy in return!

After studying human resource management, I ended up in employment services. First, I worked at a small reintegration agency, and then I worked at larger temporary employment and secondment organizations as a recruiter, account manager, and talent manager. Ultimately, I worked as an HR consultant. I find that I am only truly happy when I can be significant to someone and help them move forward by offering insights. Now that I am working as a reintegration coach again, everything has fallen into place!
