The interesting thing about working at Ufind is that you get to know many different people from very different fields. So each time you learn a little more about a particular field. Each client is different, so a customised approach is required.. Some want to enter the job market very quickly the others simply need a little more time and very sometimes even that doesn’t work out and then we help you with that too.

Together, based on your wishes and taking into account any limitations and or obstacles, we will determine functions that you like but are also appropriate so that you can continue to do them permanently. This gives you another dot on the horizon that you can work toward. But if you are not yet ready, we can first come up with an intermediate solution in the form of volunteer work or a work experience placement.

Other than that, I am just practical, make a resume for you, write a cover letter for you and help you search for suitable jobs, and practice job interviews with you. Of course I also help you answer all your questions about track2, the UWV, WIA benefit because it’s all complicated enough.
