I love a good conversation. A real conversation that is about something. I have many good conversations in my work with people who are looking for other work because the circumstance calls for it. And with clients, who may also struggle with their employee’s situation and what to do when someone is sick for a long time. Sometimes they are difficult circumstances and sometimes they are not too bad if you look at them differently. I also like it when things get a little complicated or uncomfortable, conflicts I don’t shy away from either. That’s part of life and work. I am open-minded and find nothing too crazy actually. So come on if you think it’s hard and can’t get out. I myself am an energetic and strong woman and I like to pass on that energy. I see work and life not as separate elements but in connection with each other and work and live myself independently of time and place. And last but not least a little fun in a day is also on my mind.
Carpe punctum seize the moment and live with panache!
My specializations are: track 2 of theoretically trained people, also internationally, I have a lot of experience with burnout, pulmonary covid, depression, psychological complaints, lyme disease, highly sensitive, stress by combination work / family, divorce, loss, mourning, also visual and auditory impairments and am used to work with accrual schedules in hours and tasks based on energy balance (instead of time-contingent) and work wholeheartedly with practitioners and therapists if desired to achieve the best result together in work. In addition to great conversations, you can choose from a variety of testing instruments and tools with us and I embrace the ACT method.
